.SYNOPSIS...The western Atlantic ridge will continue to build SW
into the NW Bahamas today, then shift NE while weakening through
Thu. This pattern will maintain moderate E to SE winds and
slight to moderate seas through the week across the Atlantic
waters. Moderate to fresh winds will continue through the rest
of the week in the Caribbean waters as a tropical wave passes
south of the area. This will also increase seas to moderate to
through Wed night.
