.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure over the Atlantic will support
moderate to fresh easterly winds through the forecast period. Major
Hurricane Beryl is forecast to move over the eastern Caribbean,
and far to the south of the islands late Monday night into Tuesday,
deteriorating marine and coastal conditions considerably for the
Caribbean waters and local passages where very rough seas are
expected.
