.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
continue to build E into the area tonight through Thu, then
persist NW of the waters Thu night through Sun while gradually
weakening. A low pressure trough will continue along the SW
Oregon coast today through Thu, then gradually weaken Thu night
through Fri night while extending N. The surface trough will
weaken Sat and Sat night before dissipating inland on Sun. Weak
high pressure will prevail through Mon night. A coastal low
pressure trough will develop Mon into Mon night along the
southern Oregon coast.
