.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A ridge over the NW portion
tonight will weaken Sun. High pressure will slowly strengthen NW
of the waters Sun night into Tue, then gradually weaken Tue night
through Thu night. A trough will continue along the California
coast through Sun, then strengthen Sun night and Mon. The trough
will persist through Thu night while slowly weakening Wed night
into Thu night. Cambria NAVTEX is reported inoperable.
