.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will build E into
the NW portion tonight through Sat night before weakening Sun as
a weak cold front approaches the area. The front will dissipate
Sun night. High pressure will rebuild NW of the region Mon, and
persist through Tue night. A low pressure trough will continue
along the California coast through Tue night. Cambria NAVTEX is
reported inoperable. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
