  Delaware Bay...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 556 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Bowers Beach,
  moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fortesque Beach, Miah Maull Light, Cross Ledge Light, Fourteen Foot
  Bank Light, East Point, and Bowers Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
