Inner waters from  60 nm to 150 nm offshore.
Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The National Weather Service is accepting public comments until
July 29 2024 on a proposal to replace feet with meters when
describing seas in a variety of National Marine Center text
and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A warm front will
lift slowly NE over the waters today. A high pressure ridge
over the waters will move inland later today. A cold front will
cross the region tonight and Sat. High pressure will rebuild
behind the front Sat and Sat night. Weak low pressure will
approach the Oregon waters later Sat night into early Sun,
and moving into the region Sun and dissipating by early Sun night.
A strengthening high pressure ridge will build E into the region
Mon and Mon night, then persist through Tue night while
expanding E over the waters. A coastal trough will expand N and
strengthen along the Oregon coast Mon and Mon night,then persist
through Tue night.
