At 1026 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles north of Culloden to near Milton to near Hamlin. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Nitro, Winfield, Hamlin, Jefferson, St. Albans, Dunbar, Hurricane, Milton, Eleanor, Poca, Culloden, Institute, Tornado, Cross Lanes, Alum Creek, Teays Valley, West Hamlin, Bancroft, Salt Rock, and Fraziers Bottom. This includes the following highways... Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 23 and 52. Route 119 between mile markers 66 and 67. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
