This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Marginal hail risk.
  Marginal thunderstorm wind damage risk.
  Limited lightning risk.

DISCUSSION...

Showers and storms are possible in the west and north tonight. A
couple of stronger storms producing gusty winds are possible but
will not be widespread.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Excessive heat returns Friday into the weekend with heat index
values around 100 degrees returning.

Thunderstorm chances will return to portions of the region at
times from late Friday into the weekend.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
