...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN GALLATIN COUNTY
THROUGH 1130 AM MDT...

At 1058 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 15
miles northwest of Clyde Park, or 21 miles north of Bozeman, moving
northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern
Gallatin County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
