* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Arizona along the Mogollon Rim from
  Flagstaff to Heber-Overgaard and areas northward to the Utah
  border.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MST /noon MDT/ this morning to 8 PM MST /9 PM
  MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Travel
  will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Patchy
  blowing dust may lead to reduced visibilities across northeastern
  Arizona.
