...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL EDDY COUNTY THROUGH 815
PM MDT...

At 736 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout over Brantley Lake State Park, or 15
miles northwest of Carlsbad, moving west at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph, and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

Locations impacted include...
Carlsbad, Brantley Lake State Park, Seven Rivers Airport, Lake
Avalon, Living Desert State Park, Dayton, and Lakewood.
