.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions continue today with a light south to southeast
wind and min RH values of 30 to 40%. Hot and dry Wednesday ahead
of a cold front with a southwest wind of 10 to 15 mph with
occasional gusts to 20 mph. Isolated to scattered showers and
thunderstorms arrive late Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday
night. Strong wind gusts are possible in any thunderstorms. A
chance of showers and thunderstorms lingers Thursday primarily
across southeast Virginia and northeast North Carolina.
