Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally Favorable conditions will continue along
the Lower Texas Coast through Wednesday. Swells from an expected
tropical cyclone in the eastern Gulf will make for adverse to
hazardous conditions for small craft Wednesday night into Friday.
Otherwise, light onshore flow should prevail and drier air will
end rain chances at the same time.
