...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60
  NM...
  Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 1225 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. A stronger
thunderstorm was located 33 nm east of Marineland, or 36 nm
northeast of Palm Coast, moving east at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
