.SYNOPSIS...A cold front across the central waters will become
stationary tonight into Tue night. High pressure will move SE
into the N waters Tue, then drift S into the central and southern
waters Tue night into Wed night. The high will shift E of the
waters Thu and Thu night. A weak cold front will approach the
northern Mid-Atlantic coast Fri into Sat night, while the high
maintains a ridge over the central and southern waters.
