.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will continue to dominate the Gulf waters
through this afternoon supporting light to gentle winds and
slight seas over the eastern half of the Gulf, and gentle to
moderate winds and slight to moderate seas across the western
half of the basin. Winds and seas may increase over the central
and west-central Gulf tonight through Sun night as a broad area
of low pressure, with some potential for tropical cyclone
development reaches the area. Conditions are forecast to improve
Mon through Tue.

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Chance of tstms.
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight.
.SAT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
Chance of showers and slight chance of tstms.
