.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist NW of the waters through Sun, while gradually weakening.
A low pressure trough along the Oregon coast will gradually
weaken today and tonight before dissipating inland on Sun. Weak
high pressure will prevail W or the waters Sun night through Tue
night. A weak cold front will move across the waters Wed and Wed
night. High pressure will build behind the front Wed and Wed
night. A coastal low pressure trough will develop Mon and persist
through Tue night before dissipating Wed.
