...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN ITAWAMBA...SOUTH
CENTRAL TISHOMINGO AND SOUTHEASTERN PRENTISS COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM
CDT...

At 825 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Pratts Friendship, or 9 miles southeast of Baldwyn, moving east at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Belmont, Mantachie, Fairview, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Golden,
Eastman, Moores Mill, Bounds Crossroads, and Kirkville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
northeastern Mississippi.
