.DISCUSSION...

A gust front will move northeast to southwest across the McDonald
fire through around 630 pm this evening, leading to gusts up to
30 mph from the northeast. Scattered wet thunderstorms moving
slowly through the area this evening may come with hail, heavy
rain, frequent lightning, and erratic wind gusts to 50 mph. These
will lessen in coverage after midnight, with a lingering shower
possible. Isolated wet thunderstorms will be possible again Friday
afternoon, most likely arriving from the south. Temperatures will
be slightly cooler on Friday, with higher minimum RH. Heading
into the weekend, expecting a continued gradual cooling and
moistening trend.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (60-70 percent). Smoke through
                    the night. Scattered showers and thunderstorms
                    in the evening, becoming isolated overnight.
