At 1237 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Lynnhaven to 10 nm west of
Sandbridge to 17 nm west of Deal Island, moving southeast at 20
knots.

  Sandbridge around 1250 AM EDT.
  Deal Island around 105 AM EDT.
  Knotts Island Bay around 110 AM EDT.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
