At 433 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Santee State Park, or 19 miles southwest of Manning, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to trees and powerlines. Locations impacted include... Summerton, Elloree, Santee State Park, Santee, Eutawville, Vance, Indian Bluff Recreation Park, St. Paul, Davis Station, and Mill Creek Marina and Campground. This includes the following highways...
