...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Lake St. Clair Open Lake (U.S. Portion)...
  St. Clair River...

At 124 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near St. Clair to near Algonac to near Mt
Clemens Harbor Of Refuge, moving east at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek safe
