Through 1230 pm, isolated showers and potentially isolated
thunderstorms are moving to the west near 15 knots across the eastern
Straits of Florida, eastern Hawk Channel, and the Upper Keys.
Mariners encountering this activity can expect brief reductions in
visibility, occasional lightning strikes, and wind gusts of 25 to 30
knots in the strongest cells. For the Upper Keys, expect rainfall
amounts of a couple hundreths to a few tenths of an inch, especially
between Key Largo and Windley Key.
