.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Eight, currently centered
about 60 nm SE of Charleston, SC, will track slowly NW today,
and make landfall in NE South Carolina later today into tonight.
All marine interests should closely monitor the latest forecast
and additional information issued by the National Hurricane
Center and your local National Weather Service forecast office. A
nearly front will form to the E of Potential Tropical Cyclone
Eight persist tonight through Wed night, then move E over the
waters Thu through Fri night.
