.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E into the N portion tonight
through Sat night before weakening Sun into Sun night. High
pressure will rebuild W and NW of the N waters Mon, strengthen
through Tue night, and then slowly weaken Wed and Wed night. A
low pressure trough inland over California through Sat, will
strengthen along the central and southern California coast Sat
night and Sun, continue strengthening along the N and central
coast Sun night through Tue night, and then persist through Wed
night. Cambria NAVTEX is reported inoperable. Technicians are
