...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN PLEASANTS...
NORTHERN RITCHIE...NORTHWESTERN DODDRIDGE AND SOUTHWESTERN TYLER
COUNTIES THROUGH 245 PM EDT...

At 219 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
North Bend State Park, or near Harrisville, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Harrisville, Pennsboro, West Union, North Bend State Park, Ellenboro,
Cairo, Pullman, Alma, Greenwood, Blandville, New Milton, Smithburg,
Mountain, Hebron, Pike, and Highland.

This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 29 and
58.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
