NORTHERN RITCHIE...NORTHWESTERN DODDRIDGE AND SOUTHWESTERN TYLER COUNTIES THROUGH 245 PM EDT... At 219 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over North Bend State Park, or near Harrisville, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Harrisville, Pennsboro, West Union, North Bend State Park, Ellenboro, Cairo, Pullman, Alma, Greenwood, Blandville, New Milton, Smithburg, Mountain, Hebron, Pike, and Highland.
