At 1233 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong thunderstorms from Alvon to Neola, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. Frequent cloud- to-ground lightning. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Neola... Warm Springs... Hot Springs... Lake Moomaw... Mountain Grove... Douthat State Park... and Ingalls Field. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
