.DISCUSSION...
Hot temperatures in the 90s will continue on Tuesday as afternoon
humidity bottoms out between 20 and 40 percent for most areas.
Lowest humidity will be found across north central SD, where winds
will favor a southerly direction by afternoon. Although, gusts
should generally be around 20 mph.
On Wednesday, humidity is forecast to range from 25 to 45 percent by
late afternoon as temperatures once again rise into the 90s.
Southerly winds will become a bit gusty by afternoon, ranging from
20 to 30 mph from the James River westward into central SD.
