James River, spreading into south central SD. Visibilities may fall
to a mile or less. Drier weather will take hold today as an area of
high pressure builds in through Friday. Relative humidity values
this afternoon will fall into the 35 to 50% range across the
forecast area. Winds will be out of the west to northwest today at
10 to 15 mph, gusting up to 20 mph with the exception of some 25 mph
wind gusts along the ND border and the northern portion of the
Prairie Coteau/Sisseton Hills.
