gusty west winds today, peaking between 25 and 35 mph. Temperatures
will top out in the 50s with higher readings in central and western
South Dakota while the far northeast struggles to get out of the 40s.
This is still about 10 degrees above average. Readings tonight drop
down into the upper 20s to low 30s.
