Generally cold and cloudy conditions are expected the next few days,
with surface winds mostly under 10 mph. This morning is expected
to be mostly dry, but moving into the afternoon, there will be
chances of rain and snow, with highs reaching the low 40s. By late
this evening into tonight, snowfall will become more widespread
and continuous across the area. Winds several hundred feet above
the ground will increase during this time frame and could at times
gust to the surface. By early Thursday afternoon, snow will start
to diminish across the area, giving way to a cold night in the
lower 20s or upper teens. Cold but mostly dry conditions with
light winds are likely Friday, with highs warming back into the
low to mid 40s by the weekend.
