.SYNOPSIS...
East to southeast winds increase to 20 to 30 mph at 14000 feet
and above today. Winds on the mountain should begin to diminish
some by Wednesday. Small disturbances bring rain chances to areas
below 14000 feet again this afternoon and possibly Tuesday
afternoon. Thunderstorm chances near the mountain continue through
Wednesday with Tuesday being most likely.
