.SYNOPSIS... A much cooler and drier airmass has moved into the
region. Frost and some sub-freezing temperatures are expected
tonight into Thursday morning, and especially Thursday night into
Friday morning. Otherwise, dry weather is expected to persist at
least through the first half of the upcoming weekend.
