            A thunderstorm moved through far Northern
            Oneida County around 6 PM on September 4th.
            It had broad rotation that tightened up as
            it approached Ava NY. A weak tornado touched
            down just before 6 pm and traveled 3 miles
            and on the ground for approximately 8
            minutes.
