IN CENTRAL NY AND NORTHEAST PA...

With clear skies, light winds and unseasonably chilly air over the
region, low temperatures early Monday morning will fall to the low to
mid 40s in most areas. Normally colder rural valley locations will
see temperatures drop to the mid to upper 30s which could lead to
patchy frost.
