.DISCUSSION...

For today, high temperatures are forecast to hover right around 60
degrees, with minimum humidity values dropping to around 23 percent
in the afternoon. Southerly winds are expected to be around 10 mph,
though due to the proximity to Lake Sakakawea, there may be localized
erratic changes in wind direction and brief increases in wind speeds.
Otherwise, generally clear skies are expected for the day. Overnight,
winds will shift southeasterly around 10 to 15 mph, while humidity
values max out around 55 percent. Wednesday will see warmer conditions,
with a high around 68 degrees, along with minimum humidity values
around 28 percent. Initially south winds around 10 to 15 mph will
shift southwesterly in the afternoon, with the same potential for
localized sea breezes that can make wind direction and speeds erratic
at times.
