.DISCUSSION...

Partly cloudy skies are expected this afternoon, increasing to
mostly cloudy this evening through at least tonight, although dry
conditions are expected through Friday. For this afternoon, a
high temperature of 61 degrees is expected with a minimum relative
humidity value of 30 percent. Relative humidity is expected to
recover to around 60 percent tonight before dropping back down to
around 39 percent Friday afternoon. Light northerly winds of
around 5 to 10 mph are on tap for this afternoon before becoming
light and variable this evening. Later tonight, winds will remain
light while taking up a southeasterly component. These winds will
increase through the day Friday becoming sustained out of the
southeast at around 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
