High pressure centered south of New England across the Mid-Atlantic
brings dry weather and generally favorable marine conditions today.
A moisture-starved cold front crosses the southern New England
waters tonight into early Tuesday, bringing gusty northerly winds.
High pressure builds back across the waters Tuesday night into
Wednesday, then shifts offshore Thursday, allowing winds to turn
southwesterly. Another cold front approaches from the northwest
Friday, potentially crossing the waters Friday night.
