.DISCUSSION...

Conditions will continue to deteriorate overnight into Monday
with a steady, wind driven rain developing this afternoon and
evening. The strongest gusts will be found across the
southeastern Massachusetts and the Islands.

Minimum relative humidities expected to be above 60 percent for
today and Monday.

.OUTLOOK...Monday Night through Friday...

Wind-swept rains are expected to continue Monday night,
especially across eastern MA. Winds and rain tapers off Tuesday.
Dry weather  then returns for mid to late this week.
