.DISCUSSION...
High pressure builds in from the west today allowing winds to
quickly diminish, but it will remain very cold. Despite plenty of
sunshine, high temperatures on Friday will only be in the 20s to
near 30. Minimum afternoon relative humidity values on Friday
will drop to between 30 and 40 percent for much of the region,
and more in the 50 to 60 percent range for the Cape and Islands.
.OUTLOOK...Saturday through Wednesday...
Weak low pressure passes well to our south Saturday bringing
nothing more than a few brief rain/snow showers. Another strong
cold front crosses the region late Sunday into Sunday night
followed by very cold temperatures. Low pressure working in from
the west may bring a bit of snow and/or rain to the region by
Tuesday/Tuesday night.
