.DISCUSSION...
Mainly sunny skies with NE winds 5-12 mph. Poor smoke dispersal
early this morning improving into the "good" category after 11 am
as mixing increases. Can`t rule out an occasional gust 15-20 mph
late morning-early afternoon. Min relative humidity 47-50 percent.
Partly sunny. Light NE winds Wednesday 5-8 mph. Slightly more
moisture around with min relative humidity 55-60 percent.
Sufficient mixing to bring smoke dispersal into "good" category,
although not as deeply mixed at Tuesday.
