Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Gentle southeasterly winds become moderate Wednesday
morning with slight seas. Favorable conditions continue through
Thursday morning. A cold front Thursday will bring adverse
conditions through Friday morning with moderate northerly winds
and moderate seas. Small Craft Exercise Caution headlines are
likely, and Small Craft Advisory conditions are possible Thursday
night. Conditions improve Friday into this weekend.
