...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL KENEDY COUNTY
THROUGH 245 PM CDT...

At 200 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles east of Norias, or 13 miles southeast of Armstrong. This
thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central
Kenedy County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
