This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern New York, central
Vermont, northeast Vermont and northwest Vermont.

.DAYS ONE AND TWO...Today and tonight.

Widespread rainfall will spread over these areas and continue through
Saturday night from the eastern Adirondacks into most of Vermont.
Rainfall amounts for most locations should be between 1.5 to 2.5
inches, though localized amounts up to 3 inches are possible in
Vermont. The extended duration of the rainfall will mitigate most
concerns for flooding. However, river rises are anticipated with the
potential for some rivers to reach bankful.
