The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of central and
western New York, including the following counties, in central New
York, Jefferson, Lewis, Northern Cayuga and Oswego. In western New
York, Allegany, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario and Wayne.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch will expire at 8 AM EDT this morning.
