.DISCUSSION...
The day begins with subfreezing temperatures and widespread
low-level cloudiness and patchy fog. The clouds should remain in
place through midday before mixing out. Wednesday should be warmer
but also breezy at times with gusts of 20 to 25 mph possible. Min
RH values are expected to remain above critical levels on
Wednesday. Dry weather is likely continue through the remainder of
the week and into the weekend with fluctuating temperatures.

Fog potential tonight: Patchy, especially near bodies of water.
