Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 352 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located near Altamaha Sound, moving northeast at
  15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  K T K Buoy, Buoy B H, Steel Barge Modena, Sapelo Channelbuoy 3,
  Sapelo Buoy S, Buoy B L, St Catherines Buoy 3, Doboy Sound Buoy D,
  C A T Buoy, A L T Buoy, Saint Catherines Sound, Tug Rio Apon, Tug
  Elmira, Buoy Tender Sagebrush and Altamaha Sound.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.

Intense lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
