  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located near Altamaha Sound, moving northeast at
  15 knots.

  Doboy Sound Buoy D, A L T Buoy, Buoy B H, Sapelo Channelbuoy 3, K
  T K Buoy, Steel Barge Modena, Altamaha Sound and Sapelo Buoy S.
