Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 747 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located over Wassaw Sound Buoy, moving east at 15
  knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Savannah Buoy, Buoy K C, Motherlode Barge, Sailboat Jupiter, 110
  Degree Olympic Buoy, Sea Buoy 2w, Channel Buoy 5, Wassaw Sound
  Buoy, D U A Buoy, Sea Buoy Os, Savannah River Entrance, Whitewater
  Reef, Ossabaw Sound and Hilton Head Reef.
