TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
  between 4 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Crawford and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4
  mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight
  of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause
  sporadic power outages. Travel could be difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates within the strongest bands may
  reach up to 2 inches per hour.
