.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect through late morning
today in the wake of a cold front. Northerly winds will gradually
shift southeast to south by Tuesday becoming gentle to moderate
once again. Another cold front is expected by the end of the week
along with a 20-30% chance of showers and thunderstorms.
